Energy Flows where Attention Goes – “What we Focus on we Empower”
A primary universal
Law is that energy flows where attention goes. What we place our
attention on, we energize. Life-force energy as Astral Light operates
through the principle of fire, which expands evenly in all directions
through a wave-like motion that stimulates and grows an idea through the
act of thinking about it. What we focus on, give our attention to and
begin developing by thinking about it, we empower. We can turn a
feeling sensation as an idea into a full conceptual reality in around 14
to 17 seconds. It only has life because we first create it in our
imagination, and then keep it alive by continuing to think about it.
When we remove our attention from it and quit thinking about it, it goes
back into its dormant state and ceases to exist. We forget about it.
The quality of our
attention as intention motivated by desire as an anticipated outcome,
serves as the shaping element that determines how we develop it and grow
it by how we think about it. As we have an emotional reaction to our
own thoughts and inner imagining, the emotion becomes the expressive
component and takes on a life of its own. Whenever strong emotion is
involved, it overcomes and begins directing the thought processes.
Emotions are an internal, bodily response to our own thoughts as inner
realities. The emotion we experience in relationship to the reality we
are imagining reveals the vibratory frequency of the thought-pattern
that is broadcasting the same patterning out into our environment
attracting to us its physical equivalent. However the manifestation is
not equivalent what you are seeing, saying or doing. It is the sum
total as the larger patterning of your entire attention including
unconscious aspects that form habitual expectations as the perceived
outcome. Vibrational frequencies are apart of larger patterns that
include smaller patterns of a similar nature that fall within a range of
each other.
Everything is energy,
including thought, and one kind of energy can be converted into another
kind of energy as demonstrated by Einstein’s Theory of Relativity: E =
mc2. Energy links matter and light as equivalent and interchangeable.
This is why thoughts have the ability to produce its equivalent as a
form of analogous correspondence. It may not produce the exact
version as imagined by the individual mind, but it will produce its
equivalent as a dynamic pattern that’s thematic or archetypal in nature.
It produces the same “type” of experience as a theme.
So the most basic
form of creative power that we have which is exercised through choice
and free will, is what we chose to focus on, allow into our mind and
imagine as real, calling it forth as a personal reality, and willfully
creating an experience of it by continuing to focus on it. While the
Universe exists in a primary state of positive, if our attention is
neutral or positive in expectation, it will produce a positive
experience, if however our attention is fearful, it will create the
opposite effect and manifest the equivalent of the fearful thoughts as
experiences that increase the fear, by giving us more of it, which
supports and strengthens it turning it into a belief as a memory, that
creates an unconscious expectation for more of the same thing.
So the basic rule
of thumb in mind sciences and conscious creation is discipline your mind
to only focus on, think about and imagine what is of a positive and
beneficial nature that will serve you at the practical level as a tool
for productive growth. This doesn’t mean that you won’t be drawn into
ideas and drama’s that you will realize you don’t want, and be able to
make a clear decision about. It means that when you do decide that you
don’t want to co-create it, do not allow yourself to continue thinking
about. Disengage. If you find yourself thinking about it, redirect
your thoughts to an idea that you do want to experience instead. Pay
very close attention to any idea, story or emotional drama that presents
itself from a fearful perspective. Fear is a powerful psychological
hook, that once planted, can be difficult to shake. If you give your
power to it, it will consume you. The minute you realize an idea is
working off of fear, disengage and see it for what it really is.
